On a brighter and not so bitter note, yesterday Cole, Kinsey and I went on an adventure through the woods per Cole's request. Cole was directing Kinsey on where to stand and it was so cute when he was trying to make her smile he would say... "Kinsey you're a F A K E R...then he'd giggle...she'd giggle and smile".

Then I let the little guy just go, he was off with my Nikon D200 (a back-up camera), free to see whatever it is that he sees. And the little shit sees things I don't. LOL I often struggle to see still life, I see people in the setting or how I would want people in the setting, but I struggle to see the setting as it is, "perfect" the way that it is. Nope, not Cole, he sees it, he captures it, he nails the composition and he's FIVE. LOL I think I have found my new assistant. And since he thinks that earning pennies is like a million dollars, I can afford him. LOL
Yes, Cole captured the image below, I worked a little magic in photoshop, but left the composition exactly how he saw it. This morning I asked him to give it a name, so after a few things he rattled off, he decided on "Cabin in the woods". I said to him, but it's really not in the woods, and he replied "Yeah, but it looks like it is and they don't know it isn't." LOL
