Good Morning!!! Ahhhhhh

It's amazing how refreshed one can feel with a full nights sleep. But then again, as great as I feel for sleeping all night (kids are at Chad's parents house) I could climb back into bed, pop in a good movie and just veg all day. Yeah, but that ain't in the cards! Chad is up, rolling and ready to go, "why didn't I marry someone less high strung???", well at least on a Saturday morning when I don't feel like being motivated. LOL I guess we are headed down to the farm, I'll get to mow the barnyard, whoot whoot (yeah right), then clean out the camper (great fun) but it's so quiet down there (my cell phone coverage sux down there, hehehe), so peaceful (which goes back to the phone won't be ringing) and so pretty, it's totally worth it!

Yesterday Cole tried out his bow that he got for Christmas, it's a Bowtech Diamond Nuclear Ice and it is so sweet. Cole has been dying to try it, he's been practicing with the cheap plastic bows for a couple years now and was completely ready for a "real" bow. I think Chad has it turned down to around 10#'s right now, so the arrows just float in the air, but once he practices more and gets stronger, we can turn it up. He's already hitting the bullseye at 10 yards consistently and was hitting the target at about 15 yards no problem, using 3 different pins. It's so fun to watch, he's so proud and so focused.

And Lil Miss Kenna had a bath in the sink yesterday, first time, hahaha, normally she just goes in the jacuzzi tub with the big kids, but yesterday we needed something quick and easy...the sink! Kenna is just like Cole and Kinsey, a total water bug! She is for sure her happiest when she's in the water, pour it over her head, it doesn't matter, she just loves the water! Kinsey of course had to help the entire bath because if it has something to do with water, Kinsey HAS to be involved. The kids had doctors appointments yesterday. Kinsey and Kenna had checkups, Cole because he hadn't shaken the cold yet. All got a clean bill of health, Cole finally hit 40 pounds (exactly 40.0), Kinsey was 38 pounds (not far behind her brother, poor Cole), Kenna was 22.2 pounds and 28.5 inches. The little chub. hahaha But all are healthy and Cole got more meds for his allergies.

Kinsey dressed herself, hence the bathing suit and the tutu. LOL This is from the day before, I did not let her go out in public dressed like this. :o)
