Fall is definitely my favorite season and this year we have not had one. It has rained or snowed or been super cold and the leaves changed so fast. Grrrrr I love jeans and t-shirt weather, but we didn't seem to get that this year. I am just hoping for decent weather Saturday for the kids to go trick or treating (with lots of hand sanitizer!!!)
With the H1N1 or it's symptoms (since they haven't been diagnosing people around here) so prevalent in our area we have been avoiding all public places with the kids and I kept the kids home from school all last week. With Kenna only being 2 months I would really like to avoid it and since Kinsey is just a gross kid, she has to put her hands in her mouth constantly and touches everything, it's really going to be hard to keep it out of our house! But I am hoping and praying we do not get it!!!
Kinsey started riding her bike this week without training wheels. It's so cute and she does really well, she has been a terror on a bike though since she was 1 1/2. She thinks she wants to take on the four wheeler next (oh my)! LOL
Kenna is coo'ing and smiling so big now, it is so stinking cute! I can't believe how much I adore this stage this time around. I think seeing how fast Cole and Kinsey have grown makes me cherish every bit of this baby phase. And although she can be a handful at times, she is now going to be at 7-7:30pm and will sleep a good 4 hours and then goes right back to sleep after she eats and then is about every 3 hours after that. That is manageable because the other 2 were never like that at this age!
Cole is turning into such a little man. He pays attention to everything and soaks it all in. He is the big kid in the preschool class this year (well, not big in size, but age) and it has been great for him to learn those leadership skills that he will need next year in school.
It's morning nap time, so I better get Kenna to sleep. I'll be back with pictures later!!!
